Made for people meeting a horse for the first time. Your guide shows you how to approach, mount, sit and ask the horse to walk on and stop — then you ride through our safe teaching area and the gentle meadows around it. Open views, level ground, and you set the pace.

After a 10-minute safety talk you ride slowly through the woods for an hour and fifty minutes. The trail winds through the pine forest around the ranch, gentle all the way — sunlight, shadows and the sound of hooves on pine needles.

A half-day ride across the open valley, learning to handle a horse uphill and down. The trail rolls a little, through a landscape of meadows, lakes and forest. Our favourite route, the WINDRIDE Loop, is this ride.

Laughter around the fire, the Milky Way overhead. Deep in the wild, far from any city, two days of the simplest nomad life — waking with the horses, riding with the horses. One price covers everything.
- DAY 1Into the wild, talk by the fireRide deep into the grasslands in the morning, pitch camp and eat lunch outdoors. Explore in the afternoon; at dusk, a campfire and barbecue, then a night in the tent under the stars.
- DAY 2To the mountain lakePack up after breakfast and ride out to Bigu Tianchi, the lake beneath the mountain.
