WHO WE ARE
This isn’t a riding school, and it isn’t a pony ride at a scenic spot.
It’s four young people who didn’t want to go back to the city, thirteen horses with opinions, and a stretch of wild plateau more than three thousand metres up in Xiaozhongdian.
Between us we’ve been a chef, run a restaurant, built a campsite — and lost it all. What we learned is that nothing is more honest than a horse: tense up and it knows; let go and it knows that too.
So we live like a horse caravan. By day we take you over ridges, through streams and golden woods. At night we light a fire and watch the Milky Way climb over the mountains.
Untamed, but never careless: respect the land, be good to the horses. That’s WINDRIDE.

One classic loop
Out of the ranch gate, across open range, up the valley, through the golden woods, past the white stupa, along the lake and through the stream, ending on the wolfsbane ridge. Eight places, one afternoon.
